Nick Ananin, JD, EA — Founder
Nick Ananin is an attorney admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania and Washington, and an IRS Enrolled Agent. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Washington, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Nick has more than 15 years of experience in income tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses — including law firms, medical offices, schools, and transportation companies. He advises on tax-efficient structures for start-ups, entity selection, licensing, and proactive planning for LLCs, corporations, and partnerships.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Temple University's Fox School of Business, where he was a Dean's List student and a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society, and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law. During law school, Nick served as a legal intern at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, assisting with legal research and draft opinions on civil and criminal matters.
